CPS Carbon Project Solutions was formed in October 2006 to help entities generating a climate benefit monetize that benefit so they may continue their good actions in the environment. Our role has expanded to aid clients in understanding, assessing and interacting with the carbon market. Joseph Pallant, principal of CPS, holds a B.Sc. in Biology and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria, a post graduate diploma in Latin American Management from the McRae Institute of International Management and an MBA from INSEEC, Paris, France.
